Initial appointments include a thorough consultation, gentle treatment, and time to explain the process so you feel relaxed and informed. Treatments are customised to your needs, helping to support balance, pain relief, stress reduction, hormonal health, digestion, sleep, and overall vitality. Initial treatment and consultation can take up to 90 minutes.
